Circle-K news.

I received the following information from Molly Hay, the Circle-K advisor:

"The Circle K Club is personalizing and donating 250 books to Celina for Kindergarten Screening.  Also, we have a face book page Circle K-Wright State Lake Campus that has some of the other activities we have been doing this year."

I have placed a link to their Facebook site on the first page of our Blog. Please have a look at it. It is a very informative, well done site.

Program.

Barbara Hennard had asked Dale Palmer, the Public Health Administrator for the Mercer County-Celina City Health District, to speak to us.
He talked about various health related subjects and the asked all members to go to Mercer County Saving Minutes and fill out the form. This will help first responders in an emergency.

Rita Schmit submitted the following brochure from the Columbus Kiwanis Club.
Would our club be able to do something like it?

Kiwanis Education.

46. Persons who have performed a distinguished public service may be elected to honorary membership in a Kiwanis club. Honorary members must be re-elected annually. Honorary members may attend meetings and other club activities but cannot vote or hold office in the club. Honorary members do not pay membership fees or dues, but the club provides each honorary member with a subscription to KIWANIS
magazine.
