President Kramer opened the meeting in the traditional manner. Happy/Sad dollars were collected.

Board meeting.

Discussed the upcoming Ohio District Governor's meeting in ADA. Decided that as of now Karen Cisco, Teresa Smith and Hans Rehrmann will attend. Anyone interested is invited to come along.

Our version of Kiwanis One Day this year will consist of having a one day fundraising dinner to benefit the Eliminate Project. It will be held at CJ's HighMarks Restaurant in Celina.

Gas card winners are: Karen Cisco and Dave Smith.

48. All active, privileged, and senior members of a club who are in good standing are entitled to vote on proposed amendments to club bylaws, the election of club officers, directors, and delegates to conventions, and any proposal that would constitute an assessment of members in addition to the annual dues.
